Full Journal pdf2015-04-26 Senate Journal Page 1192 HB 105 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 105(FIN) "An Act relating to the programs and bonds of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; relating to the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority sustainable energy transmission and supply development fund; repealing bond authorizations granted to the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; amending the definition of 'qualified energy development'; relating to the financing authorization through the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority of a liquefied natural gas production plant and natural gas energy projects and distribution systems in the state; requiring the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority to deliver to the legislature reports relating to the Interior energy project; and providing for an effective date" was before the Senate in third reading. 2015-04-26 Senate Journal Page 1193 Senator Coghill moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Coghill offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 6, lines 3 - 4: Delete ", propane, or propane and air mixture; in this subparagraph," Insert "; in this subparagraph, (i)" Page 6, following line 7: Insert a new sub-subparagraph to read: "(ii) "natural gas" includes propane or propane and air mixture;" Page 6, line 9: Delete "in" Insert "by" Page 6, line 22: Delete "or propane" Page 6, line 24: Delete "or propane" Page 6, following line 25: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 10. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska enacted by sec. 11(g), ch. 26, SLA 2013, is amended by adding a new paragraph to read: (3) "natural gas" includes (A) propane; and (B) propane and air mixture." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Senator Wielechowski objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
